Lauren’s Hot Tea Recipe for Cold and Flu Season by Your Voice And You on Tuesday, January 11, 2011 at 9:02pm Tea , caffeine free preferably 1 clove of garlic finely shopped 1 one inch thick piece of ginger finely chopped A squeeze of honey A squeeze of lemon A few shakes of  Chilli powder     Ginger is fantastic for settling the stomach flu and the lemon and garlic will attack the cold!   Enjoy!   Quick Tip, if you suffer from acid reflux, keep away from the Chili Powder.
